Exhibit at the Conference

An exhibit at the 2010 Governor's Occupational Safety and Health Conference is a profitable way to market products and services to Pennsylvania's occupational safety and health representatives. All refreshment breaks are set up in the exhibit area, giving your company exposure to potentially 1,000 attendees.

The registration fee is $550. Exhibit registrations are due no later than September 17, 2010. Upon receipt of your completed exhibit registration form and fee, you will receive a confirmation letter along with your information packet. A copy of the floor plan and your booth assignment will also be sent prior to the event.

Registration includes:

· conference registration fee for two people
· meals and breaks as indicated on the agenda
· one 8 x 10-foot exhibit space, draped side rails, back drop
· one 6-foot table, draped
· two chairs
· one name sign (7 inches x 42 inches)
· 24-hour roaming security provided by Hershey Lodge Security Staff
· electrical service up to 10 amps; 110 volts available upon request

Exhibit Set-Up

Sunday, October 17th from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Monday, October 18th from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Exhibit Teardown

Tuesday, October 19th from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
