About the Presentation

Many companies and organizations are ill prepared for a violent workplace incident. Whether a criminal action, or an employee on customer/customer on employee violence, or employee on employee or even domestic violence in the workplace; you need to be prepared. This session will identify the risk management techniques needed to prepare for a workplace violence event, how to raise awareness among your work force, what to do in the case of an active shooting occurrence, how to respond to the media and how to handle the aftermath of a workplace violence experience.
