Lisa Wulderk RN, CCM, CRRN, CCM has 40 years’ experience in Medical-Surgical, Orthopedics, and ICU and was Director of Admissions of an Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital. In addition to being a Registered Nurse (RN), she is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) and a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and has been a Medical Case Manager to Injured Workers for 29 years. She has been a member of The Academy of Certified Case Managers, the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, and on the Advisory Board at the National Workers’ Compensation & Disability Conference, and on the Advisory Board of the Crichton Rehabilitation Center, at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital. Lisa developed the Acute Injury Management Triage program for The SRS Group in 2008 and has over 10 years of hands on experience providing this service along with a team of Registered Nurses to companies throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington DC . In 2010 Lisa presented the program  entitled “Controlling Your WC Claims through Acute Injury Management” to The National Workers’ Compensation Conference and Disability Expo in Las Vegas, NV. Lisa has been married 39 years, has two sons, and three grandchildren and resides in Centre County PA.

He is the President & CEO of The SRS Group, LLC which he founded in 1988.  The company with headquarters in Central Pennsylvania provides Injured Worker Medical Triage, Case Management Services and Medical Records Review for Liability Nationally. He believes companies should be pro-active when it comes to caring for their injured workers and at the same time be fiscally responsible when it comes to cost containment of medical costs.  Mr. Johnson has given lectures, classes, and seminars ranging in group size from 10 – 10,000. He has been recognized in Who’s Who in the East, and Who’s Who in Business. Mr. Johnson and his wife have been married for 39 years. They have 3 children and two grandchildren and still reside in Central Pennsylvania.
