The fast-paced environment everyone faces on a daily basis has become the new “norm.” In addition, the pace of change has dramatically increased and isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. How can companies cope and create an environment so their employees can thrive? How can you leverage change management best practices to drive behavior change and support a culture of safety in your organization? This session will provide practical, hands-on advice on how to do just that.

Presenter Biography

Judy Hricak is the first Gannett Fleming employee to hold the title of CCO, is responsible for the alignment of the firm's vision and strategic growth goals with its corporate communications initiatives. She is a co-founder of Connected Women at Gannett Fleming, an employee resource group that aims to create a culture that empowers, supports, and mentors women to achieve career and personal success. She served as one of the chief architects of building the first corporate marketing and communications department at Gannett Fleming and is now assisting the rollout of corporate change management education. She is a Prosci-certified change management practitioner.
With over 28 years of experience, she develops and leads strategic initiatives to increase the effective execution and measurement of communications activities and develops and implements accountability measures for multiple communications functions across the company. Judy monitors key performance indicators, internally and externally, and adjusts programs and approaches as necessary. Judy has been named one of Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and one of the 2012 Women of Excellence by the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg. She is a graduate of Penn State University, and holds a Certificate in Positive Psychology from Wholebeing Institute and Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.

Presenter Biography

Jennifer is a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton's Business Consulting and Technology practice where she is a leader in the Organizational Change Management team and is certified in multiple change management methodologies. She brings twelve years of experience in advising a variety of clients on how to handle the 'people side of change' through a wide range of organizational, process and technology transformations. Jennifer is also an Adjunct Professor at Temple University’s Fox School of Business and the Vice President of the Association of Change Management Professionals for the Greater Philadelphia area.
