About the Presentation

This workshop will focus on the typical electrical conditions found on jobsites and the basic solutions to those unsafe conditions.  Discussion will focus on right and wrong electrical installations.  Electrical demonstrations will be offered to enhance the learning experience.  It is intended that workshop attendees will be better prepared to identify jobsite electrical hazards and the methods to control, eliminate and avoid unsafe electrical conditions.

Presenter Biography

Denny Buck has been working in the S & H arena for more than 40 years.  Started his career as the safety director for the Heavy & Highway Construction Union, then worked for two national consulting firms then worked for the OSHA Consultation Programs in South Dakota, New Hampshire, Louisiana and PA for 30 years.  Denny now provides consulting, training and expert witness services throughout the country.

Presenter Biography

Joshua Spicher has been working in Safety and Health for the last 14 years.  In that time he has served as the safety director for Hershocks Inc. as well as Service 1st Restoration and Remodeling.  In 2006 he and his father decided to start their own safety consultation firm where he has worked with companies such as Harley Davidson, BAE, JC Orr & Sons, Novinger Group, Hershocks, Ciesco Inc., BBEC, Reynolds Construction and various others.  Their firm currently services over 40 different clients and continues to offer Safety and Health Services for both Construction and General Industry companies.
